Fairly simple, basically one oval + square and cross over the head. Although copying that style is kind of unoriginal. I'd suggest making a stick fight movie instead.

It's trial and error, really. Draw the object how you'd like and animate. It's important to play around on timeline, making the kicks, shootings and movements swift and effective. When someone is punched or shot at, animate the reaction of them falling or spilling blood, frame-by-frame.

You will learn that it actually takes many hours to make a decent movie, but the viewers will notice the amount of effort you put in. You can also try to search for flash tutorials on newgrounds. Good luck with your flash movie!

Read up on some basic Flash tutorials. Newgrounds has some, just search around. Once you know the basics making Madness style animations isn't too difficult.

Lol.

Wat? I am making a stick movie atm.

It's kind of a nostalgic thing. I was making them for newgrounds when I was 14, and I am almost 20 now.

I don't mind them, I just thought it was odd that you'd tell him that Madness animations are unoriginal and then suggest stick animations.

Okay, you got me!

It's just that there are plenty of ways to arrange a stick movie, but for madness movie, there is really no other way than drawing square, oval and cross.

I'm going to teach you how to sponge off of someone elses sucess! I.E Krinkles.

this is a joke, I wouldn't get butt hurt about it..

Start by being completely untalented.
Look online for madness styled characters and weapons.
Have a terrible plot line similar to the other hundred madness tributes.
Make sure it's super predictable with loads of gore.
Your character should be the only character on the screen that knows how to fight in the beginning of the flash.
Later on in the flash have a boss battle where the protagonist takes like one hit and then fucks the boss up.
End it abruptly and make sure you don't give any closure to the "plot line."
Usually adding "to be continued" will get you a bunch of fans.
And finally kill yourself for releasing another one of these flashes unto the portal..

smd bitch.
