Out of every Cartoon you know, which character seems to suck the fun out of every activity and ruin everyone's day?

In my opinion, it is this ginger haired bastard. His teacher takes him on the fucking beast fieldtrips ever and he just wants to go back home where he can be back in his safety bubble. His name? Arnold.

inflated ego? I think she just wants to feel good about her place in life, being a substitute teacher and not having much beyond those awards she got a couple of times. She's quite fragile emotionally. And I don't see how she's a sociopath. She's just naive.

Even if she is trying to make herself feel good doesn't mean she isn't unlovable.

She's not a horrible person, she's just too egocentric.

Examples:
After Hank had it signed over to him from Buck, Peggy took over the popular Sugarfoot's Barbecue, renamed it Peggy's Sugarfoot and took all the charm out of it.

After Hank became a popular shop substitute and threatened to win substitute of the year over Peggy, she got jealous. After Hank got fired for giving the kids tools that the school didn't have (they could be used as a weapon) she ran on the ballot as "Mrs. Hank Hill".

One time she managed to convince the school board to let her run a field trip to Mexico where she accidentally brought a Mexican girl back to the states with her and after trying to return her, she was arrested by the Mexican police. She was convinced she could speak fluent Spanish and could convince everyone at her trial she was innocent. Ironically, her testifying in Spanish saved her due to them realizing she didn't understand the situation.

Johnny Test's dad. He just comes in the scene to ruin Johnny's good time for no reason other than because he can.
Then again he's probably trying to stop this terrible show, so there's that.

Oh, one more thing about Peggy:

That episode where Peggy sabotages Lucky's attempt to get a GED so he wouldn't marry Luanne, who turns out is pregnant with Lucky's child, who refuses to marry her because Lucky's "not good enough for her".
