Learning to animate in flash 2013-05-23 17:53:29 Reply

I've always wanted to make a flash cartoon since I was in grade 11 but I couldn't draw or knew flash well enough. Since then I've taken art classes on my spare time and graduated from multimedia design and productions.

a little of what I had done in flash when my old laptop was working

This year finally saved up enough money got a new computer a few months ago I can start doing flash and other multimedia stuff again.

For this I used a combination of two websites to make this one. The siteAnimator Island.com: "Say no to stickmen" andidle worm.com to see how to chop up a walk cycle in main poses.

Any comments or suggestions on improving will be appreciated.

Try picking up a decent tablet it helps ALOT.
You look like you're off to a good start try watching more popular animators on ng's tutorials such as chlauid oney and spazkid. And practice practice practice!

Thanks for the feedback

I have a old Wacom Intuos3 9x12-Inch tablet I've been using since 2006 might be time for me to upgrade in the the future or get a wacom cintiq. I've started watching a channel called HuhaTwo for HappyHarry's flash and animation tutorials they have been pretty good so far.
