does anyone else get uncontrollably tired at around 9 and 10 pm
i feel like a little kid who wants to stay up but his eye lids get so droopy
man every hour of sleep is a wasted hour of your life

I work from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. I get sleepy around 8.

I normally go to sleep around 1 AM to 3 AM, and wake up at 7 AM every weekday. I'm never really tired at night. I need to take 15mg of Meletonin to even feel a little drowsy. Once I'm asleep though, I can stay asleep until somebody wakes me up.
