Hey all. I'm trying to create a fast moving repeating background much like the ones in SMBZ. I have no idea where to begin and any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try asking in the Animation forum. If a suitable answer isn't already there, describe the software you are using, and ask what menu/tool steps are needed, to get what you want.
