That's nice but you're missing the point; despite what the Onion tells you Facebook is not a project run by the CIA to gather data on everyone. They're not part of the government, they're a private website, they can do whatever they want. If you don't like you can go to another website.

The difference here is that the IRS is a government institution and it is supposed to treat everyone equally by law. Facebook can discriminate against people however it wants (well I'm going to assume aside from race, national origin or gender since the Supreme Court will probably allow such a stretch). But if you're the leader of a political group that is praising acts of terror then Facebook has the right to ask you for your ID,

What do you mean? This last election both candidates were Harvard alumni, 2004 Kerry and Bush were Yale Alumni, same with Al Gore and Bill Clinton. Papa Bush before him is a Yale Alumni and his opponent Micheal Dukakis is a Harvard Alumni. This leaves only Bob Dole and John McCain to be the only candidates in the last 20 years to not have gone to either Harvard or Yale, and both of them lost. So right off the bat no. That's retarded. There's an easy way to check to see if someone is actively killing people, it's if they have a weapon and they're pointing the weapon at you and they're firing at you. This is rather consistent with Christopher Dorner and the Tsarnev brothers. And again, according to you they should give them a trial before they can even shoot back.

Well if innocent people die it's usually because there's a murderer who's going around with a gun and shooting people who either don't or do have guns. You know what your philosophy is likely to kill you. If the police had to abide by your standards then they couldn't fire at a mass shooter unless he's had a trial first, therefore this mass shooter is free to kill you and no one will stop you and he will kill many more people after that.

Otherwise I guess I'll just lay out how a normal debate works. Someone states their opinion and makes points, someone else then disagrees and makes their own points and say why they don't agree with the original person. This may have just blown your mind, I know, and it's a hard concept to grasp because you're closed to any new idea, but generally you don't insult the other person especially when you don't have any idea about what you're talking about.
