Tonic water and bananas

What do people think of this combo? I'm a big fan of anything sparkly and soda-ish, so there just happens to be a full bottle of tonic water lying around. Out of pure coincidence, I decided to snack on a banana while drinking it and it is an awesome combo. I didn't realize that it was a 'thing'. The banana combats the bitterness and makes it easy to down the whole thing. That and it helps with the fizziness as well.
Anyone else a fan of this?

That sounds like a nasty combination to me.
Though I used to eat and drink weird combinations of things when I was a kid. So I'd probably try that at least once.
