who can really blame them? No cemetery wants the body, and for good reason. who would want the body of a jihadi (salafist, whatever) in their cemetery? His grave would become something that other would be Islamic murderers would hold up as a hero's shrine, take your future suicide bombers to the grave and sing his praises and such.

I say we give em the Osama bin Laden treatment, have an outgoing military ship take him out to sea, then toss it overboard. Seems to be the easiest way to handle it.

Well yah, that's not exactly news, although it shouldn't be known because this funeral should be private since otherwise it would be flooded with protesters.

Or the family can just bury him in their native country or some such. He's a murderer, but he's not Bin Laden, we don't need to take possession of his body and if cemeteries in America don't want it, then I guess the family needs to look elsewhere. I think giving him "the Bin Laden" treatment will make him more of a martyr.

Who cares what happens to his body? It should just be given to his family so that they can put it in an unmarked grave or whatever else they want to do with it.

By "we", I assume you mean the family of the deceased, i.e. the ones who will make that decision. Whatever they decide, I doubt they will go for cremation, seeing as they are Muslim, and cremation is prohibited in Islam. If they did opt for cremation, there are no strictly enforced laws regarding the disposal of those ashes, but disposing of them on a landfill would require the permission of the owner.

More like no one wants to bury the body of the Boston Bomber, and personally I think they need to let his corpse sit there to rot and have his remains be fed by the pigs, as bad as it sounds to why I say it, he deserves it more then a proper burial for the crimes he committed against the American People not to mention he was already on the Terrorist Watch List back in Russia.

Personally if the people of Russia dealt with him before he was allowed to move to America, the whole thing could of been avoided and I won't even be writing this post to begin with.

Hell I say give 'em the body, put a tracker in that corpse, and put surveillance on it's resting place regardless of whether it's on U.S. soil (assuming there's one spot of land willing to accept that douche) or Dagestan. Anyone who visits that grave other than family should be immediately marked, and have a thorough background check.

I mean lets not kid ourselves here, a normal everyday individual regardless of political tie or religion isn't going to pay respects to this prick unless they got a screw loose.

You realize he's dead, right? Doing whatever nasty thing you'd like to imagine to a dead body does absolutely nothing to punish him for his crime.
