Don't upload my preview image!

Hello everyone!

4 days ago I've uploaded an animation on the portal, but it never got the preview image I set for it, instead NG choosed one frame from the cartoon itself!

Strange enought, if I look in the preview section, it shows the image I set for it!

Tryed with .png and .jpeg already...

...what can I do? Any help will by highly appreciated!

Right now ( for quite some time actually) icon uploading is bugged. What happens is that your icon gets lost somewhere and then a portal mods uploads an icon that they made - and they can mostly only use the flash itself so that's why a scene from your flash was chosen as image.

...what can I do? Any help will by highly appreciated!

You can send me the image via pm and I will gladly change the icon, a few minutes after uploading the icon of your flash will change. Just in case that I am not online, you can send the icon to one of the following portal mods:

Alexander, Auz, Bahamut, DiMono, EJR, ForNoReason, Jay, Jolly, Pride, reverend, RohantheBarbarian, SCTE3, Sectus, Simon, TehSlapHappy, Zachary or ZJ.
