I would just want to encourage my child to be happy. If they're gay then fine, if they're transgender then fine, if they like people from a different race then fine. Whatever makes them happy.

I'd teach my kid about condoms. If they are going to do it they are going to do it. You can say all you want about controlling them but if they find a way they will have sex. I would at least want them to be safe.

People make their own choices but as a parent I would also have a responsibility in teaching my children what revolves around being sexually active. I would rather that they not be sexually active at least while they are still living in my house, but if they decide that they will be, then I would also make sure that they are ready to accept the consequences if something were to happen that is beyond their control. And provide parental support and love.

I'll obviously do my best to teach my children to reserve themselves a bit sexually, so as not to lose the ability to remain with one partner. And of course try to keep them celibate until they're old enough to make the decision themselves.

People have the right to live their lives as they see fit, sure people need direction and need to learn right from wrong, but for me something like relationships and who they want to be with is no concern for me. Be it my son is gay, or my daughter prefers black males to Hispanic males is something i do not care for, rather that they are safe and understand to be safe. Safety is much more important to me for my children.

I do not intend on having children, however, if that plan changes, over time, so be it, this is how shit is gonna go down.

^ This, this is what my mother also believes, and we get along incredibly well and close as a result since she is accepting of my partner.
