Should look for two of them. *chkl*
Go Boston!

The more I think about it now, I guess I overestimated the Pittsburgh Penguins. More or less, they look like they simply quit, or at the very least not trying, because their defense is better than Boston's offense, and the Pens' offense is better than the Bruins' defense, and yet Pittsburgh have given up 8 goals in this series and they have scored only 1 goal. Did the Edmonton Oilers of the 80's decided to suit up in Bruins' uniforms now, or is Cindy Crosby and Marc Andre-Flaky just simply overrated?
Thy name is Pittsburgh Penguins, and I must barf in disgust for picking them to win the East in 6 games. {though it's still technically possible, but I doubt it.}
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.
I think you underrated Boston Bruins and there's a great chance that next year Maple Leafs might be a real threat in the playoffs. Will see tho, it's still early in the playoffs to call it a guaranteed Boston Victory.
I bleed Orange, Green, and Red.
Flyers, Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers.
The Boston Bruins stun the Penguins by taking the first two games in Pittsburgh, this time winning in game 2 by a lopsided score of 6-1. Pittsburgh, who was the highest scoring team through the regular season and the playoffs before this series, has scored just one goal in two games.
As of tonight's action both the Bruins and Blackhawks have 2-0 series leads; teams who go up 2-0 in a conference final series go on to win the series more than 91% of the time.

Bruins and Blackhawks never played each other in a Stanley Cup either have they? It would also be a great series that I think would go to 7 games because these two teams are really great Teams.

If one team can make a neat comeback, it's the Pens.
All I gotta say.
Chicago is shooting themselves in the foot by not showing up to play. But in their defense, maybe they're still getting used to the timezone difference.
So the Blackhawks are back to not giving a shit. "Oh we already won this series, let's take a break for now!"
The Kings pull back into their series against the Blackhawks with a 3-1 home win tonight. For the Kings they keep their home record unblemished in the playoffs, improving to 8-0. Game 4 is on Thursday, while the Penguins look to get back into their series against Boston tomorrow night.

I'm a bit shocked that the Boston Bruins didn't win it in the 1st Overtime. Almost the entire Penguins team is exhausted and you can tell that they're playing just off Heart. Hate to say it, but I got a bit respect for the Penguins players. This game looks like it's favoring the Boston Bruins for an overtime win even going into period 2. Bruins might be just as exhausted but you can see it on the Penguins players, they're gasping for air and they put their bodies face down to the ice, and barely holding themselves up on the ice. Malkin was dead ass tired when he got a penalty.
I bleed Orange, Green, and Red.
Flyers, Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers.
It took almost 5 full periods of hockey, but the Boston Bruins come away with a victory in game 3 on a double-overtime winner by Bergeron, who was also the hero in game 7 against Toronto. The Bruins now hold a 3-0 series lead over top seeded Pittsburgh with game 4 in Boston on Friday night.
Tomorrow it's game 4 between the Blackhawks and Kings from LA; the Blackhawks can go up 3-1 with a win while the Kings can make it a best of three with a second consecutive win at home.

Boston Bruins win game 3 in 2nd over time with a final score of 2-1. Penguins played their best game of the series and it wasn't enough. Great Job Boston! Stand Strong with Boston!
I bleed Orange, Green, and Red.
Flyers, Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers.
Last night's game was so action-packed. Tukka was just unreal... I don't know how he stopped some of those shots in the third period.
Anyway, I want the Kings to win the west because I want Kings v. Bruins. No more exciting series matchup than the 2011 champs vs. the 2012 champs.
I bleed Orange, Green, and Red.
Flyers, Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers.
The Blackhawks finally get their act together in that 3rd period and have the chance to clinch on Saturday.
It was a wild one in Los Angeles tonight, but the Blackhawks break the Kings' longstanding home winning streak to take a commanding 3-1 series lead against the defending champs. Chicago had to come back twice and finally took the lead in the third period on Marian Hossa's goal just 1:10 into the period. The Blackhawks can go for the series win this Saturday at home, while a win for the Kings would force a game 6 back in LA.
Tomorrow night is game 4 of the eastern conference final, with Boston seeking to sweep the Penguins out of the playoffs.

Should have been the Sharks.

If it's any consolation I did pick the Sharks to beat the Kings. We do appreciate you giving us Handzus, though.

Break out the brooms in Boston, it's time for a sweep! The Bruins defeat the Pittsburgh Penguins 1-0 tonight to sweep the series and claim their second eastern conference title in three years. Boston will await the winner between the Blackhawks-Kings series which is currently led 3 games to 1 by Chicago. If the Blackhawks win the first game of the Stanley Cup Final will be in Chicago, while if the Kings make a comeback game 1 will be in Boston. Congrats to the Bruins!
Game 5 between Chicago and LA is tomorrow night back in the windy city. Chicago can join Boston in the finals with a win, while LA can force a game 6 back in California with a victory.

Chicago is winning tomorrow. BET ON IT.
and then they'll be crushed by the Bruins in the Finals.

Figures as much, Pittsburgh failed big time on all levels, words can't describe my disgust. Looks like the we've now found the Vancouver Canucks of the East. {At least the Pens won the cup in '09, but still} At the very least, there is a good possibility of an Original Six matchup in the cup finals, if the Blackhawks win Game 5.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.
I thought Bruins were going to win this series, but not this dominate. Penguins need to fix a lot of things in the off season and Islanders, and Senators should be embarrassed about losing to this Team.
I bleed Orange, Green, and Red.
Flyers, Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers.
I hope the Bruins lose the finals, just so the people of Boston would feel how New Yorkers and Yankees fans felt after their team lost after 9/11.
Oh my, Jonathan Quick, what seems to be the problem?

Hawks win!!!! That was one for the ages!
PATRICK KANE WITH THE HAT TRICK-COMPLETING GAME WINNER IN DOUBLE OVERTIME
Kane nets 3 or the Blackhawks' 4 goals in a 4-3 double overtime game to knock off the defending champs 4 games to 1. Despite LA scoring with only 9 seconds left in regulation to force overtime, Chicago gets the win in a long one at home.
The matchup for the Stanley Cup Final is now set!
1. Western conference champion Chicago Blackhawks vs. 4. Eastern conference champion Boston Bruins
Game 1 of the final will be in Chicago on Wednesday at 7pm central, 8 eastern, 5 Pacific.
