The one thing i can say is at least his team won regardless,there are those in Vancouver that get their cars wrecked after and it's always after a loss.

Well, about 10-12 games into the season, I said that the Chicago Blackhawks would win the cup, if they got past the first round. Sure, I got bumped to 2nd place in the little fantasy contest I had with family and friends, but it was still enjoyable.

If the Avs are silly enough to take a forward or trade the number 1 pick away, it could be a while before we see the Avalanche in the mix for the Cup again...

The championship hats are fucking $28 which is ridiculous. I picked up the championship shirt today with the names of the whole team on it, which I think looks the best out of all the different designs.

I'm very happy that the Chicago Black Haws won the cup. Great great team. I'm a lot happier that the Bruins didn't win, though. These guys play so cheap... Good job Hawks :)

For my fellow Blackhawks fans!:

The parade will start tomorrow (Friday) at approximately 10:30am central time. The buses with team members and coaching staff will start from the United Center and travel to the rally point at Hutchinson field.

I won't be going, unfortunately, because lolwork, but I'll be watching on TV! Is anyone else going?

I went to the Giants WS parade last year and the hours spent standing in one place due to being jammed in the middle of a crowd absolutely destroyed my back.

So, get there early and bring a lawn chair or something.
