They went by the quote stated from their website "a sermon titled "Healing - From God or Medicine?" that quotes Bible verses purportedly forbidding Christians from visiting doctors or taking medicine." So it's both RELIGIONS FAULT, and Unintelligent Parents.

I read all the verses none of them explicitly forbade people from seeing doctors

This topic alone proves that some people just whack things out of proportion not meant to be whacked out of proportion to begin with, in trade such people need to be taught to why whacking things out of proportion that just aren't meant to be whacked out of proportion to begin with will only do more harm then good.

Such people who can't learn the easy way need to learn the hard way.

I don't understand why everyone is blaming this on religion. If you pray to God about something then you have to help yourself as well. Here is a proverb:

It isn't about when religion itself goes too far because religion is just religion, it's mainly about certain people taking religion itself way over there heads as if they where extremist to the core.

Needless to say, the parents of the child should of knew better to give there child medical attention right where he needed it so but no, they screwed up not once but twice.

Further more what I also noticed as well in that article is that they took the Bible WAY over there heads, not everything in that Book is even true, some of it is false and this alone also points out that some people even to this day need to one day realize that the Holy Bible was just composed out of a series of documents made by various people.

Again this thread all points out to why some people just whack things out of proportion not meant to be whacked out of proportion to begin with, whoever wrote to why Christians are forbidden to use medicine and to visit doctors is the kind of person who really attempts to manipulate people for one's own ends.

Some people are just crazy. They take their beliefs too far and lose touch with reality.
