I have an animation planned that I'm going to run Flash ads on. It may not get much, but I'm sure I can generate a little revenue. This animation would involve music (most likely from the portal) and me finding voice actors.
Now, since I'd be gaining money from the animation, be it only a small amount, would I HAVE to pay the voice actors/audio maker, of would some do it for free?
This may sound selfish, but basically I'd have no idea how much to pay and don't expect much revenue anyway, plus I'd be doing the vast majority of the work. If there were no ads in the animation, I'm sure the contributors may just be happy with the exposure (even the small amount), but if I ran ads, would I be expected to give them a cut, little as it would be?
I know this isn't the most concise question, by any means, but if I could get some advice on how the whole works I would be very appreciative.
I would happily do some voice acting for free actually, but what do you need? Like duration and amount of lines, what kind of voice, etc.
And what is it for anyway, what kind of ad/what are they selling?

The ad would be, you know, just one of the Flash Ads that Newgrounds lets you put up to generate revenue, that's all. The project is way ahead in the future and perhaps a bit ambitious, but it'd be a small series with a few characters in. It's too early, really, to start making arrangements, but I'll keep you in mind for when I'm a little more ahead in development. Thanks for the offer.
