Animation Question?(Pencil program)

So... I am sure this was probably discussed previously, but if not, I thought I would ask.
I am using the program pencil to animate a flash movie, but I don't want to have it constantly loop, maybe at least have an option to pause the animation for when I actually upload one here.
Does anyone know any way to do something like this in pencil, or perhaps have a program that will allow me to add this after the fact? (I will not buy flash, gotta pay for school first you know. ;) )

my idea is to do scene by scene meaning do one scene of something w/e
then move on to next scene

example 1. tree 2. zoom closer to the tree 3. zoom closer to apple or w/e 4. see it fall off 5 see a bird or w/e catch the w/e

sorry if this sounds stupid
