makeing anime

i want to start a project on makeing certian things into anime ... i know how to make it.. but how should i start it

1. make it from the best idea you can get ( imagination )

2. wright about it first ( script )

opinions from experts are appreciated and from the staff as well

( if the forum topic is in the wrong place please move it ) ( other people are welcome to ask for help her as well )

If you want to be professional about this, make a "First draft script" leading to a "Final draft script". There is an industry standard for scripts if you want to go that far.
From the script, plan out your scenes with storyboards. Refine it until you're happy with it.
From the storyboard, create a rough Animatic.

Since you're not really working for an industry standard, you could just skip all those steps and maybe just plan it out roughly on paper or in your head. Just do what you're comfortable with.
