If you're too stupid to know that a burning fertilizer plant is gonna blow sky high....you might be a redneck.

Don't be a fucking cunt, the people that zoned and managed that plant are magnitudes smarter than you, the fire had to be fought in hopes that an explosion wouldn't happen. Firefighters gave their lives in the hopes of preventing such a massive catastrophe and the only thing you can think of in the wake of their honorable deaths is to insult their intelligence, god I'd love to wring your neck. You can only dream to be a fraction of the man they were son. You ever seen Saving Private Ryan? You're that guy that breaks down on the staircase, lets his own man get killed and then cowers until help arrives.
I heard more details of this tragedy today, it's really scary. I pray the community wasn't totally ravaged by all this despite the devastation of it all. To think such a thing occurred but a mere hour away and in Texas is a scary thought. When things like this, like tornadoes or hurricanes or massive wildfires, all we can do is hope and pray it won't happen again and that we'll be better equipped to help in the future.

Why are you scaremongering? Why would a community be 'ravaged' by a single explosion? Why would you be scared if you were an hour away, what? How is this on the same level as a natural disaster? I think youre taking this way too seriously.

I want to bump this thread, because there's a new video of the West, TX fertilizer explosion. Also in a few hours (depending on time zone), it will mark the one year anniversary since the tragedy.
Despite the incident, this video of the explosion is incredible!
