Need Flash Artist

Hello!

I apologize in advance if this is inappropriate for this board, but this felt like the right forum.

I have been a member on Newgrounds since high school, 10-12 years ago. I got all growed up and made me a business and I'm looking to get some Flash assistance with it. We sell gifts and novelties, and I'm looking for some ideas to set us apart. Because our products are neat, fun little things, I thought that making some mini games for people to play featuring the products might be a fun thing to do! For example, we've got an item called the Butt Putt. I'd like to have maybe a really simple mini-golf game designed with the Butt Putt at the end of each coarse. The sort of thing that people would have fun with, repost for their friends, and hopefully result in someone buying one!

Because I've been a fan of Newgrounds for so long, I thought I'd come here first to see if any of you lovely Flash people do freelance work, and what you might charge for something like that! We're not looking to invest tons on the project, but if it performs well, we would be commissioning more work from there. It would be contract, not a full or part time thing. But I know that you guys do plenty of free work out of love for the art form, and so we are clear, this would be paying really reals money, no tricks!

I have no idea what a Flash artist charges, but I do have an advertising budget, so don't come at me with unrealistic quotes. Just send me a message with your best price. We'll start with the Butt Putt mini-golf idea and use that as a starting point.

I would need it to be interactive, of course. Very simple is fine -- we don't have to have windmills and stuff on our golf courses, just a different shape and some use of geometry to get the ball into the hole. Only instead of the normal hole, the ball would be going into the Butt Putt at the end, and producing the flatulent sound it makes so well. We'd want our logo on it so it couldn't be taken and used on other sites, and it would need to be bookended by adverts for the site. You can totally credit yourself on it as well, and would retain non-commercial rights to the work with the stipulation that our logo and links would remain in the video if you post it on NG or your own website.
