Attaching movie clips 2013-04-14 09:59:16

So I am making a game for Pico Day in which pico gets trapped in a place.
So in it,there are machines with a somewhat cannon like mouth.When pico kills the enemies I want that after 14 seconds the machine automatically produces one enemy.
So what should I do to make the machine produce the enemy along with the enemy's actionscript?
