ok so i had marcomedia flash 8 on windows but now i have a mac is their any way i can get flash 8 on my mac? and if so do i have to completely repurchase flash?

I'd say no, Flash 8 Mac edition runs on PowerPC and Macs' are now PCs, Apple stopped providing the PowerPC emulator with OSX about 2 years ago.

But you can run Windows on your Mac.
