hey guys! this is my first walk cycle, any notes? im just hoping im getting a little bit better at animating.

I can see it was probably 100% tweened. But it's a good walk cycle. Keep it up.

what's wrong with a tweened walk cycle?

Frame by frame is better.
But still you've done pretty good job, keep working.

actually you can convert it into frame by frame just by converting all the tween into frame by frame by using F6 in all the tweened frame and then remove a keyframe after one frame. although this work my not always work.

in tweening you can still play with the ease to give it the look you want.The tweening are usually used for puppets.

To be fair, it's a robot; having a slightly machine-like precision to the walk wouldn't go amiss. I'd say tween this character, and frame by frame all the humans (if they feature).

that's a good point, its like in the terminator, when the robots looked better because they were stopmotion,
