Love it! My favorite thing about it is how the walk matches his expression.

thanks again! hopefully ill have this cartoon done soon. thanks for the feedback
I can see it was probably 100% tweened. But it's a good walk cycle. Keep it up.
Keep quiet and die. Be a hero and die. Run away and die. Eat the pink cake and live.

what's wrong with a tweened walk cycle?

Frame by frame is better.
But still you've done pretty good job, keep working.

OOhh ok, i see, ill work on doing it fram by fram then, i can see how it looks a little unnatural.

actually you can convert it into frame by frame just by converting all the tween into frame by frame by using F6 in all the tweened frame and then remove a keyframe after one frame. although this work my not always work.
in tweening you can still play with the ease to give it the look you want. The tweening are usually used for puppets.
To be fair, it's a robot; having a slightly machine-like precision to the walk wouldn't go amiss. I'd say tween this character, and frame by frame all the humans (if they feature).

that's a good point, its like in the terminator, when the robots looked better because they were stopmotion,
