Need A Good Audio Mixer

My computer just broke and I'm fairly young and very low on cash (I have savings, but I'm not using that). I am using my parents' computer, and they won't give me admin. And my friend is working on a new videogame, and NEEDS me to make music. So, I got a bunch of my sound files, and i need something simple enough to just add sounds together and be able to save it WITHOUT A DOWNLOAD. thanks

You realize, you are going to have to download something either way... right? You either download a free program to edit the files (I suggest Audacity), or you use a shady online site where you upload the files (Site continues to claim the rights to all the sounds you upload or something else of the such...), edit, and then download the product.

It's not possible to edit stuff online without the files being uploaded, and subsequently downloaded after you're finished working on them.

You are tough out of luck when you said that you can't download. Otherwise for 'free' music making, you would also need a free DAW like LMMS to put your samples together into a track/tracks and then export.

I suggest you do use your savings for this, think of it as an investment
