Hey,for my loops I use sample packs and they are free for non-commercial use, is it ok to use them?

It depends. We need to know what the license that came with the sample pack says.

and we need to know what type of loops you are talking about. are these single-hit instruments? Or are they pre-assembled song portions ie. duplo loops?

I thought the rule was that you can only use loops as long if don't use loops only.

i downloaded the samples from boyinaband, he said that all the sapmles are free for non-commercial use.

i use the samples for the loops that i publish here...
