Granted. Disney FREEZES IN PLACE. The entire business structure, logistically, electronically, financially, EVERYTHING stops. Marvel and Lucasfilm's contracts expire...and in the confusion of a company so heavily etched into pop culture and the entertainment industry sits adrift completely halted, no formal pass of the torch to the Lucasfilm and Marvel property is closed on anyone...they get bought up by people that have NO BUSINESS in running the creative direction of either properties, and horrific atrocities are produced with official names and releases.
