Using the same logic, wouldn't a meterologist be sued for making a bad prediction? Granted, I don't think that happens very often and I'm too much of a person who's into popular culture to ever watch the weather, but it has to happen from time to time. Of course, with the entire company, it would be too big of a lawsuit.
