They don't believe in God, so does this mean they're lying under oath?

Wait a minute...guilty Christians under oath in court are incapable of lies?

No, they're just incapable of telling the truth.
Oh, and also letting people believe in their own mind set what they want to believe in.

This pretty much means they need to change the oath so it dosen't involve the name of God but rather the American People instead, that's what needs to happen.

Yeah, after all the first settlers were religiously prosecuted in their home countries, so the first thing they wrote in their constitution was freedom of religion. So isn't it actually a violation of that right, being forced to swear an oath to God? You know sometimes, the USA just appears to me as a huge madhouse.

Only the most bitchy of atheists would make a scene out of this. It isn't religion as much as it is a tradition.

A religious tradition.
And yeah you must be a bitch if you believe in the separation of church and state apparently.

Same thing with how they're offended by the Pledge of Allegiance saying "Under God" or coins saying "In God We Trust". There are just so many more important issues out there.

Because obviously if you care about this issue you are completely incapable of recognizing other important issues. And the the thousands of court systems are completely incapable of handling such issues at the same time with bigger issues. Yep, clearly it is impossible to simultaneously care about minor and major issues.
