How do I find a voice actor?

Hey all, I'm very new to animation and this site as a whole, so i'm unsure as to how things work, and I'm sorry if this should be posted in a different forums.

But anyway, I finally came up with an idea for an animation that I think is pretty good. But I need someone to do voices. It's not that much dialogue, but it's a parody of Star Trek TNG and I don't know anyone that can do a good Picard or Data voice..

Anyway my question is how do I go about finding voice actors on this site? I've found some people's demo's in the audio section and some of them seem really good. Do I just email them, do people expect to get paid? Again, i'm sorry if I sound like an idiot, this is a whole new world to me.
