Deleted user from ...1969?

A while ago I noticed I had a old pm from a deleted user with a Naruto icon. What was odd was that his sign up date was Dec. 31, 1969. Obviously it's some sort of glitch..
So today I went on my feed and what do ya know' the same freaking deleted user is on my feed.
Is this like a default for deleted users or something? Has anyone else noticed this?

It probably has to do with the server, 1969 being the earliest configurable year.

Like when you reset a clock/whatever with a date function and it reverts to the earliest supported date.

I'm not sure why October 1, 1969 would be there. The first second of January 1, 1970 would be 0 in UNIX time, but a few hundred thousand seconds before that? I have no clue.

I'm pretty sure the Newgrounds name started as a magazine in 1990. Which would mean it's almost exactly the same age as the internet.
