I don't think you should declare this done. It may be a style choice to have your brush strokes very visible, but you should really start taking things all the way. Smooth out the piece, blend everything together nicely. Give his head that eerie, featureless sphere feel. It will be a great feeling when you've finished your piece FULLY and you like it. I feel like you're starting them, trying to go all the way and then falling short and just declaring them done. You're doing good work so far, and I'd love to see this slenderman piece finished properly.

Okay so I did a bit of an overpainting here to show you what I mean. I'm not sure if it's your style to leave a bit of a mess with your strokes, but see how you like the image when it's been refined a little. This took 10 minutes at the most, so you can see that cleaning up isn't going to cost you much. Try going back to your original image, not this one, and see if you can do a couple of the things I've done here. Even if the image was intended to have a messy feel, this will be good practice for you!

Thanks, but I was aiming for a messy look. The thought behind this piece was the painter was painting SLENDERMAN!! So he's rushing to finish the piece so he can get away safely, or so he thinks...

Hehe very good idea. Even so, put the effort into learning how to blend your tones and colours successfully by experimenting with different brushes and tools in photoshop (if that's what you're using) and maybe watching tutorials or painting videos on youtube to see how others do it. That helped me a lot.
I'll assume you're doing it already, but if you're not, take full advantage of your tablet's pressure sensitivity. Being able to use pressure to control opacity is a miracle
