I would recommend weight management shakes and stuff dude. They're made to be healthy and formulated for your needs.
If you just eat empty calories and fats, that's not helpful. Plus, if you really do have a metabolism so fast that it's hard to gain muscle mass, you're at higher risk for heart disease. So that's just another reason to eat heart healthy and cut out bad cholesterol and empty fats.
