I started a weight gain diet Mar. 4th, 2013 @ 09:52 PM Reply

3 eggs and a banana for breakfast.
Subway sandwich with some meat in it with pretzels for lunch.
Peanut Butter Sandwich.
Pasta with sauce.
Ice Cream.

Will I gain healthy weight if I eat pretty much this everyday ?

Because my metabolism is too fast the muscle doesn't build to well, I get cut but not very big.

If you can be really strict/regimented about your workout routine (ie: gym EVERY DAY no exceptions) and still get your rest in... do the 'GOMAD' challenge. GOMAD stands for Gallon of Milk a Day. Pretty self-explanatory. Must be whole milk to get the biggest muscle gains.

Good luck to you bro. I tried gaining weight a couple years ago but none of it seemed to stick to me so I gave up. I've been slim all my life but I have a feeling it's to do with fast metabolism or something. For the moment I've learned to live with it as being able to eat what I want and not worry about gaining body fat has it's advantages. It's just a shame that fat people seem to have immunity nowadays when it comes to getting ridiculed due to it being politically incorrect to call them fat whereas skinny people are still open season.

3 eggs for breakfast?! I don't think I'd be able to eat that much in a day, every day... but sure, if you eat enough of said ingredients then sure, you'll gain weight. Just don't exercise too much and burn it all away!

Don't exercise too little either or you'll start feeling like shit with a diet like that...

Just work it out and you should be good. If you're going for bulk muscle, lift weights and take in a lot more meats.

If theyre fried and you only add a little bit of oil and skip the yolk completely it might work. If theyre boiled youre going to have super constipation.

I would recommend weight management shakes and stuff dude. They're made to be healthy and formulated for your needs.

If you just eat empty calories and fats, that's not helpful. Plus, if you really do have a metabolism so fast that it's hard to gain muscle mass, you're at higher risk for heart disease. So that's just another reason to eat heart healthy and cut out bad cholesterol and empty fats.
