If Hong Kong is over crowded and the streets are too narrow during the day, the cars cannot be park on the streets unless if the cars can only park within 15-30 minutes, but the cars can only be park during the nights only.

If not after more than 30 minutes of parking on the streets, the car will be towing away by the towing truck.
