...And that's the only info I can find on it. The samples are short percussive sounds & SFX-- not music samples or loops (if that makes a difference). If anyone knows if using this VST is fine by NG's rules, please let me know!
yo that's pretty much exactly how the toad VST works and like a million billion people have used it in NG submissions. it's one thing to be mindful of sampling from music and film (y'know stuff that someone could possibly want to sue for) but i mean this is really tiny shit that can be easily recreated through basic synthesis.
like, if you hadn't posted this message then probably noone would ever have been able to tell the difference between what you've done and what you could've done with a single VCO synth and they're certainly not going to jump up and down screaming "HEY THAT GUY USED MICRO-SAMPLES FROM ARCADE GAMES LET'S SUE THE CUNT"
