Well I think large franchises have nothing on family owned ones. The taste is just so much more grand.
I also think pepperoni is the best topping.

My personal favourite is a home made one topped with:
Blue cheese, Gouda cheese, tomatoes, olives, bell pepper (yellow or red), spinach, olive oil, pepper and Italian herbs (thyme, basil, oregano). Preferably on a thin, moderately crunchy crust.

Tastes way better than any pizzas I've had in common pizza places.

One of the best pizzas topping wise to me is Pineapple and Canadian Bacon(ham).

The place down the street from me is one of my favorites, and I've had pizza from a shitload of places over the years. Local places are much better than chains.

Buffalo chicken is one of my favorite toppings, but I also really like just plain cheese. And I love stuffed crust. Eggplant is also a topping that I really like.

I don't know about other states, but we have awesome pizza, and there are pizza places all over the place almost everywhere you go. I live in a really small town, in fact it's considered a village, and we have 5 pizza places, not counting Pizza Hut, which would make 6. I've had pizza from all of them and they're all good. I stick with the one down my street, though, because not only is the pizza fantastic, but they have great buffalo wings and a big selection of Italian food.

Hmm....how would you describe what that tastes like? I've been meaning to order one of those for the longest time but I don't want to order it and then end up thinking it tastes terrible.

There isn't that much of a choice where I live. There is another pizza restaurant where fairly close to where I live. I think that one's a non-chain establishment. That place has great pizza.

I don't really know how to explain it other than kinda sweet because of them warm pinapples mixed with cheese and meat; it taste good to me. but you should just try it for yourself cuz my tastebuds may be different

I'm gonna back up swag on this and say that pineapples on pizza, especially with pepperoni, is really REALLY good.
I recommend it greatly.

Yeah thats a reason why I like Pineapple and Canadian Bacon pizza....

I guess I'll have to order it the next time I order a pizza then.
