- pRETEND TO HAVE NO OPINION OR PERSONALITY WHATSOEVER SAVE FOR JOURNAL ARTICLES IN WHICH i EXPLODE
- LASLY, I M3AN... i THINK IF YOU LOOK AT THE PRESUPPOSITION OF THE AUTMAN, THIS ACCOUNT IF INVERABLY FALSIFIED.

The sad truth about college that I have learned over the years is that the less effort you put into things, the better your GPA is... Perhaps there is a reason behind this heuristic though, perhaps people our age are simply too uncultured to the functioning of society, but we also have to rely on the "rights" and "wrongs" of the past. How does Newgrounds feel about this issue?

Not nearly enough Armored Core.

and I was disappointed with AC5.

...That would be pretty sick if they had courses where a project was to build a functioning mech suit...drone or pilotable.

The truth about higher education is that it won't make you successful or a better more cultured person. Doing the aforementioned things is done through putting yourself to the test and growing as a person through your own efforts. People are lazy and ignorant for the most part so of course things look shitty and half assed.

To expand your knowledge in areas of interest. Nothing wrong with learning something new. But chances are you're better off with $20 of overdue library books than $30k of debt because you wanted to study Mongolian history.

Not really true, I slack off my freshman year of college and got a 2.88 GPA by the end of my 2nd semester (had a 3.44 first semester), so you can see my 2nd semester wasn't too good. I worked harder last semester and went to every class and took a bunch of notes...and studied at least 2 hours per course a day. Ended my fall semester of Soph year with a perfect 4.00 GPA last semester...you do need to have some works to get good grades.

I started with Project Phantasm on PS1.

AC2 and AC3 were great times...they're notoriously challenging, mid-to-end game though.

AC4 on current gen consoles were great, but AC:4A (Armored Core: For Answer) Was a completely different horse of a different color. It reinvented the genre as a whole, it was super fun, SUPER challenging, and incredibly in depth. I recommend AC:4A, 360 or PS3, doesn't matter.

All the PS2 games are probably dirt cheap now. I wouldn't start with AC4 or ACFA for next gens because they're uber complicated compared to the older ones which would probably be a better intro to the series. I started on the first PSX games but if I had to choose a good game to play just to get the idea of how combat works, I'd pick Armored Core 3 or Last Raven. AC3 is probably the easiest one to understand in terms of story since Nexus, Nine-Breaker, and Last Raven happen afterwards.

AC4 and FA seemed like they were made for players who were already familiar with combat, movement, customization, and parts. I mean you could start with either of them, but the tutorial will probably seem unfinished and it might take a couple of hours of intense rage before you beat a certain mission... unless you like really tough challenges!

Rant;TLDR -

The AC PS2 games are hard but start you off slow. They teach you everything you need to know.
The AC PS3 games are hard and assume you know how to play. The tutorials are for only the new features.
