Quick question, Is submitting modded games against the rules? Looks like it would be breaking rule 1 of the submission terms: "You must be the creator and owner of the content you are submitting."

Modded like changed stuff around, added new artwork and things like that.

An exception would be if you have the original authors permission to submit the modified work. :)
