Someone else summited my game in NG

Hi, someone has stolen a game that i haven't released yet from my website, and then they created a fake user in Newgrounds with my name. What should I do in this case? I thought that Newgrounds had a strict copyright policy. Is there a way that I could claim the rights of the game for my user account?
