To avoid creating such a long list, I'll just list my upper roof. The perfect artist (can be limited to monikers) whose discography I regard as perfect, and they must have at least two albums released. (can be compensated by a large amount of original Singles and EPs)

I like music that showcases creativity, or skill, or both. I also like carefully intentional music that is devoid of filler, as well as music that is written (tastefully) outside of genre constraints. Finally, I enjoy music that uses either simplicity or complexity effectively.
