Something is wrong, opinions?

Other than the lack of fill on the left arm, her face...does it look weird?

Anyone can help on this? Or assure me that everything is okay? Anything at all; I would love to hear from you.

You could flip the image horizontally to check, but otherwise I wouldn't say it looks wrong.

You could add a hair flick (that covers her ear) on the far side of the head to fill the gap there, or try bringing her hair lower over her forehead - but these are personal preferences, rather than fixes.

it looks oke. maybe downsize her left eye a bit, its seems a bit big in comparison
