sprite artists for rpg platformer

i am looking for a little help with the sprites for my current game and possibly future games too my current game is an rpg shooter platformer a pretty basic one it basically starts off pretty normal with a security guard and gets increasingly crazy as it goes.

i am more then happy to give near all artistic control to you save a few miner things such as the main character being a human securaty gaurd and the first few enemys being human crimanals but for later enemys the crazier the better with my only real rule being that each sprites frames have a uniform border to make it easier to cut and paste into the game with out much fine tuning

er ps i am shooting for a t rating so please no m or a stuff
