pretty decent lipsync example. You might be missing two mouth shapes
1. This appears at the "lo" part of "Hellooo"
2. This appears at the "wa" part of "whats up?"

You sure about that second one? Yours seems more of a "fffff" sound, while "wa"seems more of an o-shaped mouth.
