So, I've been spending the past hour looking for creative and experienced web/graphic designers. I have little idea on where to start exactly. I mean, I've checked out a few guys online, but I'm definitely unwilling to pay the prices most of them are asking for, especially since I'm just looking to have a site created to showcase my music.
I also feel that if I negotiated the price with them, there would be a lack of quality and service on their part (since I wouldn't be paying their asking price). What do I do? Does anybody here know of a trustworthy fellow for me to hire? Perhaps there is even someone on Newgrounds who is well qualified and has a portfolio?
I'm tired of shopping prices. Somebody help me.

If I wanted to spend time on that, I would. I would rather pay someone else to do it for me.

I learned CSS in one day, but okay.

That's not really what has me bummed. It's mainly the graphic design that's involved in the whole process.

Find someone who has a wicked Wacom and ask them to make some templates for you.
Scrounge around enough and I bet eventually, you'll find someone who's willing to help for free, or dirt cheap.
You definitely found the right place to ask, though.
Yeah learning CSS yourself takes more than a day especially if you're not technical like me. I don't have time to learn programming so I just bought my website & I have to say for really cheap. I don't usually like to spill out my favorite websites for obvious reasons but here you go fella - ColorlyMedia.com. If you want something for free you could always use something like weebly or webs.com
It's threads like this that makes me think that Newgrounds should REALLY invest time into developing more showcasing themed profile pages.
