Some may think this is a stupid thread, but really it's a thread that makes you look at yourself at what you're doing wrong. My mistake was that I was never that concerned about the actual topic or other people. It was always about me. If I'd make a post, it was to garner to attention mainly. That was my biggest mistake. Kids will be kids I guess. I'm only 18 now, and back when I was active I was like 14. You can only imagine what sort of "quality posts" come from people of such age.
If you want to be a mod, you have to genuinely care about other people. You have to genuinely care about the community, about the quality of the posts. And not by making "newgrounds sucks" threads. You need to prove it with your actions. Does that guarantee modship? No. But that doesn't matter, because we're supposed to GENUINELY care, not PRETEND to care just to get modded. Some of you may disagree. Some of you may say it's not what you know, but WHO you know, but I choose to believe that's not the case in these forums...Sure, there's some truth to it, like in any human interaction, but this website is more than that. It's more than just money or ego. It's about love. Just look at our slogan - "Everything by everyone.".
That is what I believe.
