In Sweden it's rare with any ISP limitations on use, not counting mobile broadband. I actually never heard of it before this thread. :/
I'd say 10GB a day is pretty good. That's like downloading one 1080p bluray movie a day, which is more than enough. I have SkDrive always running syncing up my projects and school work, and still haven't hit the limit.
And yeah, over in Canada and the US, the ISP's like to rip us off, I finally switched over to one that offers fair prices for its services. Residential upload rates are a joke in Canada though.
