best software for sprite movies

hello i am wanting to make a sprite movie but i dont know what program to use i dont have good programing skills (none)
so i was hopping someone new of a program that could use gifs (with a gif editing program in it)and set paths for them to follow in a scene possably with a camera function and with a trial version im kinda broke for a few months
