This is not Spanish. Is Brazilian Portuguese. And I do not see where in the Use Policy / Terms of Use is described I can only use the North American language to communicate.

My Brazilian Portuguese is excellent, but I can not say the same of my english... I'm improving my english slowly. And that's what I meant.
