I have a problem uploading an avi file on Newgrounds.
For some reason I can't see the preview of my video, it only keeps loading,
even when the bar reaches the end of the video player.
Converting SWF files don't work either cause for some reason the quality of the SWF file is worse than the AVI file
Is there a different way to upload my avi file without compressing it?
Just to add, if you're looking for a good program to convert from avi to mp4, avidemux does a great job (it's free, open source). It can easily compress the file at the same time; I find quantiser 8 works well for keeping the quality pretty much identical while drastically cutting own on filesize. A 1,9GB avi file will go down to at least less than a GB.

Because it seems to have a 3/5 stars.
Which would be odd if it doesn't work.
How are you creating these videos? Can you use some other format? Try mp4 if you can. Whatever you're using is creating odd videos that don't work in the video player.

You may convert your swf to MP4 using the excellent tool Swivel.
Actually, we now support:
For now, if the video format is anything other than mp4, the file won't play until it's re-encoded. We're working on updating the site to make this process less confusing.

Nice work, man.
I am having trouble converting them
My avi file is currently the highest quality i can get.
The swv file is a lot worse, so is the mov file.
Is there an easy way to convert an avi into a mp4 or svw?
