problem uploading AVI file

For some reason when I try to upload an avi file on Newgrounds the preview for the video won't stop loading.
my video is made in Adobe Flash.
and I'd like the sound quality to be pretty good.
Could someone please help? :)

Did you use Swivel to convert your SWF to an AVI? And if i'm not mistake I think Tom has to approve your account for video submission. You could try uploading just the SWF if you exported it right out of flash though.

Also, next time you'd be better off posting here for questions related to Newgrounds.
