Your work is really lovely. I think it could be improved by cleaning up your lines a little more. I understand sketches tend to lose a bit of "feeling" once they've been cleaned up, but some of your finished pieces are looking rough around the edges because the lines are still in the sketch stage. Your soft colouring would be more effective if it wasn't being broken up by lines in the face and arms as much. It's really noticeable in your Geisha and Cleaver pieces. All that being said, I'm stoked to see more by you! Are you making a comic? First Date looks it could belong to one.

You're right in all cases. To be honest I'm not confident in my lines when I go digital as I'm drawing from the wrist. As for the lines on faces and arms... I have no idea why I left them. I guess they just looked appealing at the time.
First Date is part of something I've been working with friends and it's currently in limbo. I can only explain vaguely what it is through images as I'm not sure what it is, much less of what I'm doing... If you can make sense of that. Officially, images that are connected to this story are Plug In and "Blow" a composition I'm currently working on.
I will get to work on finishing stuff when real life stops.
I botched my previous piece. Working on this now.

Looking good
Putting this one down for a bit. Hair needs work and a bit more touching up.
Yeah that was a lot of touching up. Wanted it more simple.

I feel as if I have not been applying myself lately. I will change that by picking up where I left off.

This is my favorite one
Perfect coloring, too
Linework is almost done. Roughing out some colors for a change of pace.
Good stuff man! Looking forward to seeing more :P
Working on Catwoman. Pretty tough to make things read well when all she wears is black.

I love Harley Quinn. I love this. I love you.
Now working on Poison Ivy.
She'll be the last one of these and will be part of a bunch of prints I'm gonna sell at a local convention.
@LeeIsMyName
Love you too.
I just realized you're the guy that drew one of my favorite pieces on here. I must have missed it in the first post, but I've had First Date in my favorites since shortly after I made an account. That's definitely one of my favorites I've seen on here.
I really love how well you use the softer colors, it really makes a lot of your work stand out to me over other artists. You also draw hands and feet exceptionally well, at least to me.

nice : ))
i wish there was more motion in the vines. you have the chance to interact with a lot of her negative space and your only taking advantage of it with the (slightly awkward looking) vine.
