It's because people do not know how to use the term overrated. Overrated means you don't like something that a majority of people do like.

For me it would be the movie Titanic. It is one of my favorite movies of all time, No. 2. I put it above movies such as 12 Angry Men, Star Wars, and The Lord of the Rings.

Yeah, this I would say. Even though people have more problem with last movie than just the ending of it I can point thing they could easily improve with the ending. Not that I'm saying I would be a better director than Nolan, but there are some obvious change in the ending they could have done.

Like (SPOILER) when Alfred sees Bruce sitting across him in the cafe in the end. They could have just shown Alfred face giving that confirming look and then they cut to the credits. They had already made it obvious for us that he actually survived before that scene, but they kept rubbing it in more so even the densest of people would get that "Hey! Batman's okay!".

It's kind of strange question. It seems more like you would ask what underrated things we like or what our guilty pleasures are or what we like that most people don't. I'm going to say "Forrest Gump" because I heard that was overrated by some people, but it remains one of my all time favorite movies.

I'd say Hockey, but honestly it's pretty underrated in comparison to Baseball and Americanized Football.

League of Legends, guilty pleasure I just like playing this casual styled MOBA. The classes are what do me in for it, tanking, jungling, etc...

Demon Souls / Dark Souls, love them both, and Dark Souls has a nexus modding community (which really adds some fun to the game.)

Fallout 3 / Fallout: New Vegas (Nexus modding being the reason I still care about the games.)

Minecraft: Mods, and fancy HD texture packs.

I also like Metallica.

The Beatles. Citizen Kane, Pixar movies. The Wire, Breaking Bad, Arrested Development. Mario, Zelda.
