Putting A Preloader On My Fla/swf Feb. 5th, 2013 @ 06:44 PM Reply

Hi,

I'm kind of a noob with Flash because well... I don't have it. I asked somebody to help me putting a ''play'' button on a SWF file. But since there is no preloader on my video, it make it lagging or the audio could be out of sync.

See by yourself:

Can someone with Adbo Flash helps me putting a generic Newgrounds preloader at the begining of my video please?

Since I don't have the software and I don't know how it works, do I need to send the SWF file or the FLA one if someone wants to help me?

Thanks a lot!

noob to flash? just so you know, .fla are the editable, uncooked cookie dough, whereas .swf is an already cooked, cookie. you can't add a preloader to an .swf. just my 2 cents.

sure you can, you could host the first .swf elsewhere then create a second .swf to load the first .swf, but that's just my two cents.
